生物活性

Allopregnanolone-d4 is the deuterium labeled Allopregnanolone. Allopregnanolone (Brexanolone), a metabolite of progesterone, is a positive allosteric modulator of GABAA receptors. Allopregnanolone modulates dopamine levels in the nucleus accumbens and prefrontal cortex. Allopregnanolone stimulates food intake and weight gain[1].
