Trospium-d8 chloride 是 Trospium chloride 的氘代物。Trospium chloride 是具有口服活性的，特异性、竞争性的毒蕈碱胆碱能受体 (mAChRs) 拮抗剂，具有抗毒蕈碱活性。Trospium chloride 能以高亲和力结合毒蕈碱受体 M1、M2 和 M3，但不与烟碱、胆碱能受体结合。

生物活性	Trospium-d8 chloride is the deuterium labeled Trospium chloride. Trospium chloride is an orally active, specific and competitive antagonist of muscarinic cholinergic receptors (mAChRs), with antimuscarinic activity. Trospium chloride binds to muscarinic receptors M1, M2 and M3 with high affinity, but not nicotinic, cholinergic receptors^[1]^[2].
