(R)-Mirtazapine is a R(−)-enantiomer of Mirtazapine with antinociceptive properties in an animal model of acute thermal nociception. (R)-Mirtazapine is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. (R)-Mirtazapine is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4[1].
