Recombinant from Phanerochaete chrysosporium.
Full length enzyme containing the N-terminal cellulose-binding domain (CBM1) and a C-terminal catalytic domain (GH3).
In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate.

Specific activity: ~ 100 U/mg (40^oC, pH 5.0 on p-nitrophenyl β-glucoside); 
                           ~ 300 U/mg (60^oC, pH 5.0 on p-nitrophenyl β-glucoside).

Stable > 4 years at 4^oC.
